Responsibilities

• Support management team to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom‑Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to effectively utilize company resources.
• Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team.
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
