Your contribution to success

• Independent order processing for radiopharmaceutical product categories
• Review customer specific documentation
• Ensure deliveries are made on time
• Communicate with customers and distributors by phone and in writing
• Production preparation and documentation for the production department
• Interface with production, export and shipping team

This qualifies you

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial or wholesale and export merchant
• Initial work experience in customer support
• Knowledge of ERP systems desirable
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Customer-oriented demeanor and strong communication skills
• Independent and goal-oriented work style
