Sales Support Specialist（DE&EN&ZH）

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales support team (including customer service, documentation, etc.) in implementing the entire order delivery process, facilitating each stage of delivery, improving shipping efficiency, and reducing shipping costs.
• Maintain close communication with China headquarters regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and payment collections.
• Expedite the handling of claims and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Optimize internal workflows within the sales department.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the Chinese and German operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Economics and Trade or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with a study background in Germany.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales support in foreign enterprises.
• Proficiency in switching between German, English, and Chinese as working languages, enabling seamless communication with internationalclients and colleagues.
• Clear logical thinking, meticulous work ethic, and strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as PPT, DeepSeek, Doubao, and Multidimensional Tables.
• This position requires working in Germany and being open to business trips to China.
