Responsibilities

• Identify optimisation opportunities in sales processes and implement measures that strengthen business and customer value.
• Lead strategic sales projects from conception through pilot to rollout.
• Provide cross‑functional expertise and ensure requirements from physical and omnichannel sales are considered.
• Develop concepts that connect our in‑store and online worlds, reinforcing the omnichannel model.
• Build reliable stakeholder management and collaborate closely with headquarters and store teams.
• Create decision support documents for the sales board and other stakeholders to enable transparent, informed decisions.
• Develop communication and training materials to successfully launch new processes and services.
• Mentor junior managers, dual students, and interns in their development.

Profile

• Completed studies in business administration or a related field.
• Professional experience in both retail and e‑commerce environments.
• Preferably experience in eye care and store operations.
• Several years’ experience in project management, customer experience, user research, or comparable areas.
• Proficient with MS Office and quick to learn new tools.
• Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and a structured, autonomous working style.
• Customer‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, high self‑motivation, and reliability.
• Clear and confident communication with diverse audiences in German and English.
