Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and ensure data integrity
Customise page layouts, fields, and record types
Bring AI into business processes
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
Build dashboards, reports, and workflows
Automate tasks with Flows
Improve user experience with Lightning component
Train and support the team with Salesforce best practices
Document processes and maintain system records
Collaborate with POs, developers, and stakeholders
Gather requirements for system improvements - WE EMBRACE CHANGE
Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven mindset
Easy-going yet responsible, with a positive, supportive attitude
2+ years in an admin role (Salesforce experience is a must)
Salesforce admin skills and troubleshooting
