Eigenherd GmbH, founded in 2017, is a leading IT consulting firm in Germany with over 60 employees, specializing in Salesforce consulting, Energy Industry consulting, and Enterprise Integration.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements and challenges into Salesforce functions and solutions.
• Conduct process analyses on the customer side and plan and document migrations.
• Take technical project responsibility and lead our developers and consultants.
• Conceive and implement technical solutions in the Salesforce environment (Energy & Utilities Cloud, Omnistudio, Sales-, Service- and Experience Cloud).
• Support the development of new business relationships.
• Ensure sustainable and scalable solutions and provide technical customer consulting and development.
• Consult the customer in all project phases, considering new features and useful implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementation of CRM systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds, ideally also in one of the following: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Media & Communications Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Healthcare & Life Sciences Cloud.
• Enterprise-level project experience, including development experience within Salesforce.
• Several years of experience in design and implementation of global systems.
• Conceptual skills to map customer requirements into Salesforce functions and workflows.
• Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem and possession of technical Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales / Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst).
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
