Salesforce Consultant - Service Cloud (f/m/x)

Your Role

• You will play a crucial role in digital transformation Projects
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Support the development and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to build a governance framework and monitor and improve data quality across the enterprise
• You will help our business units to establish Salesforce standards and increase the quality level and process consistency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, data owners and IT teams, to ensure technical solutions consider end-2-end processes

Your Profile

• A successfully completed studies preferably business informatics, information technology or a technical education in informatics, paired with a passion for service processes, master data and data quality
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience, experience in a consultant role is a plus
• Experience in the Salesforce Service Cloud and the corresponding processes
• Knowledge in SAP Material Master Data is a plus
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud and system architecture
• The ability to structure and develop your own frameworks and communicate them in a structured and easy-to-grasp way
• A natural interest in state-of-the-art technological developments and a good understanding of the technical feasibility of data-driven products and services
• A proven track record of agile project experience and agile project management success stories
• Been part of a Salesforce project end-to-end
• Excellent English and German skills
