Salesforce Developer - Public Sector

We are looking to engage an experienced Secuity Cleared Salesforce Developer to support the delivery of complex digital services within a secure, enterprise environment. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions , working as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Salesforce-based solutions within a structured delivery environment
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
• Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practice
• Support integration with enterprise systems and data platforms
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and governance standards

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Understanding of secure and scalable application development
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable

• Salesforce certifications (eg Platform Developer, App Builder or similar)
• Experience working within regulated or secure environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
