Job Description :-

• Min5+ years of experience in IT project management
• 5+ years of software development background with deep understanding of underlying technologies in one of the following: SQL, Rest API integrations and other data services
• Experience in managing of cross geo team(s) of at least 8 team members
• 1+ project(s) driven through the whole project life-cycle
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban)
• Experience with Jira and Git
• Advanced level of English (fluent wrtiting and speaking)
• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
• Goal-oriented mindset and leadership attitude
• Ability and willingness to learn, grow, and sometimes travel
• Familiarity with project planning and analysis
• Communication skills and ability to build work relationships with international clients in different time zones
• Experience with applications consuming REST APIs
• Experience with building backend services on cloud platforms (Azure)

Experience with GANTT tools (e.g. MS Project)

Job Responsibilities :-

As a technical scrum master, you will be providing hands‑on management and delivering projects.

• Lead several teams at the same time
• Drive project from initiation to closure within delivery schedule
• Manage team and talent acquisition
• Coordinate cooperation with internal departments
• Coordinate and/or resolve technical issues
• Communicate plans, status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders
• Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
• Facilitate his team for better creativity and try to improve the efficiency of the development team.
• Act as a technical lead of the team
• Perform and review the detailed design of functionality for the current sprint
• Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Act as a safeguard for his team, shielding from outside distractions and interferences.
• help in Conflict resolution, focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect
• Reinforce communication within the team
