Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Salesforce solutions within AXA Germany.
• Develop scalable, robust, and secure Salesforce architecture tailored to business needs.
• Design integration strategies with internal systems, including custom-built CRM solutions.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of integration layers to streamline data flow between systems.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce CoE to ensure governance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to challenge and optimize integration processes.
• Good understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Local candidates preferred. Remote flexibility may be considered after initial onboarding. German speaker preferred, but not mandatory.
