Our client is a fast-growing European scale-up bringing the e-mobility revolution to the real estate industry. With more than 2 million parking spaces under contract , the company is a market leader for complex EV charging solutions across Europe.

Its mission: to make charging electric vehicles in residential and office buildings easier than refueling a conventional car .

To significantly accelerate expansion in Germany , the company is looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to excite target customers in the real estate sector and lay the foundation for long‑term partnerships.

Your Mission

As an SDR, you are the spearhead in the market . Your role is to spark interest where e‑mobility has not yet been a consideration.

  • Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Proactively identify decision-makers in the real estate industry (property managers, asset managers, real estate investors) via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Cold Calling with Passion: You pick up the phone and convince potential partners during the first touchpoint of the value of working with our client.
  • Qualification: You ask the right questions to determine whether a portfolio is ready for EV charging solutions and who the real decision-makers are.
  • Appointment Setting: Your goal is the “perfect match.” You schedule high-quality initial meetings for (Senior) Advisors and help build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Market Feedback: You are the company’s ear to the market. You document objections and customer needs in the CRM to continuously improve pitch strategies.

Your Profile

  • Hunter Mentality: You love convincing people of innovative solutions. A “no” is just a step on the way to “yes.” You are persistent and genuinely enjoy cold outreach.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You quickly adapt to different stakeholders — from hands‑on property managers to strategic asset managers.
  • Real Estate Know‑how: Ideally, you have completed training or a degree in real estate management and already gained initial experience in the real estate industry.
  • First Sales Experience: Ideally, you have some experience in cold calling or phone‑based sales (career changers with strong talent are welcome).
  • Language Skills: You speak and write fluent German at native level and feel confident communicating in English within an international organization.
