Qualifications

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable technical qualification or apprenticeship
Strong practical experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting, and SAC Planning
Knowledge of data extraction in S/4HANA and SAP ECC
Ability to work independently, show initiative, and take ownership of tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Fluent in German spoken and written
Experience providing 3rd level support in SAP analytics environments
Knowledge of reporting and planning process optimization
Experience designing concepts and solution architectures for SAP reporting and analytics tools
Occasional willingness to travel for workshops, meetings, or project activities

Role Responsibilities

Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of SAC planning applications, SAC reporting, and BW/4HANA solutions
Collaborate closely with key users and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and reflected in the solutions
Analyse business needs related to BW/4HANA and SAC, develop solution concepts, and implement them within the system
Manage the full cycle of implementation — from design and development through testing and supporting go‑live activities
Take responsibility for business analyses and continuously improve reporting and planning processes
Support system operations by providing expertise in 3rd level support for analytics and reporting applications
