Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Technical SkillsSAP BODS: Expertise in the SAP BusinessObjects Data Services platform.ANSI-SQL: Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing standard SQL queries.Dimensional Data Modeling: Experience in designing data warehouses and data marts.MS Excel: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Management & Soft SkillsCommunication: Must have good communication skills.Customer Handling: Ability to handle difficult customers or stakeholders.German Proficiency: An advantage for the role.AI responses may include mistakes. Core ResponsibilitiesETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) to extract, transform, and load data from SAP and non-SAP systems.Data Integration & Migration: Handle data migration projects involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud targets (AWS, Azure). Apply transformation rules, validations, and performance tuning.SQL Expertise: Write and optimize SQL queries for data profiling, cleansing, and validation across multiple databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize BODS workflows and jobs for efficiency and reliability.Documentation & Testing: Create technical documentation; perform unit/integration testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
