Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP BTP, CPI, and Cloud ALM to support project-specific integrations in a regulated (GxP) environment. This is a technical consulting role requiring deep integration expertise, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work independently within a structured project framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting on integration scenarios and middleware components (SAP BTP, CPI, Cloud ALM)
- Document integration architecture and the overall technology landscape
- Execute scoped technical changes, particularly in complex integration environments
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Implement defined technical changes in collaboration with project teams
- Contribute to the implementation of an ERP technology landscape focused on S/4 HANA
- Align with change management procedures when executing SAP technical changes
- Provide status updates on assigned work packages (without overarching reporting duties)
- Support go-live and production handover phases with technical consulting
- Provide input for 2nd-level support transitions to external partners
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical issue analysis within project-defined scopes
- Offer consulting on SAP security aspects during application integration
- Suggest optimizations in SAP technology landscape (non-strategic input)
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP integration using BTP, CPI, and Cloud ALM
- Strong knowledge of SAP interface technologies
- Experience translating business needs into technical designs
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements: GMP, SOX, GDPR
- General understanding of SAP technologies (logistics, finance, reporting)
- Able to work independently within defined scopes
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with SAP RISE model
- Experience supporting 2nd-level handovers
- Understanding of SAP security in integration contexts
- Proficiency in German

- Can attend occasional onsite meetings in Munich if required
