We are supporting an innovative company in their SAP transformation. As SAP Business Process Analyst – Procurement , you will be the link between business and IT, ensuring procurement workflows run smoothly while supporting the S/4HANA rollout. You’ll guide Key Users, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain high-quality operations post go-live.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate procurement processes within the S/4HANA environment.
• Work closely with IT teams and external SAP consultants to define functional concepts.
• Support Key Users in the business units, ensuring processes are understood, executed, and documented.
• Contribute to migration preparation, testing, and process documentation.
• Maintain and continuously improve procurement processes after go-live.
• Assist with reporting, KPI monitoring, and process analyses for SAP-relevant activities.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• Solid experience with SAP MM modules (PUR, MM-IM, MM-IV, master data management), ideally including S/4HANA.
• Strong business process understanding combined with hands‑on implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; structured and organized approach.
• Independent yet able to coordinate across departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
