Responsibilities

Cloud Native Development or XSA on-premise development of custom solutions

Perform solution design, modeling and implementation based on SAP cloud application programming model CAP and CDS

Bug-fix and debugging, functionality modifications and resolution of performance improvement

Familiarity HANA native Roles and Authorizations, Analytical privileges, Calculation Views

Installation and configuration of SAP HANA Extended Application Services (XSA)

Experience in working with HANA Studio, SAP WebIDE, HANA Cockpit

Prototype design, development and delivery results as a part of a scrum team

Collaborate with other development teams and product management specialists

Creation and maintenance of functional and technical design documents

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent background in finance/economics or IT

Overall IT Expertise of 5+ years and minimum 2 years of project experience in cloud projects or XSA on-premise

Knowledge of SAP side-by-side extensibility (SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAP Cloud SDK)

Clear understanding of SAP Cloud Platform (Cloud Foundry) and available platform services

Understanding of containers and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes

DevOps mindset, knowledge of deployment lifecycle and microservice architecture

Fluency in German is a must, fluency in English is preferred

Team player with good communication and analytical skills
