As
a SAP CO Lead Consultant
you take ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of controlling processes within our SAP S/4HANA landscape. With a strong background in financial services, you understand the specific requirements of the banking and insurance industry and translate them into efficient, compliant, and future-proof SAP CO solutions.
You act as the key contact between business and IT, leading workshops, defining system architectures, and ensuring optimal integration of controlling processes with Financial Accounting (FI) and other relevant modules. Your analytical mindset and leadership skills enable you to guide cross-functional teams, deliver high-quality results, and drive innovation in financial controlling and reporting.

Skills we are looking for
- At least
5+ years' experience
in the SAP Consulting field - In-depth
expertise in SAP CO
(Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability and Profit Center Accounting) - Strong
integration knowledge with FI, MM, SD
, and industry-specific financial processes - Deep understanding of
S/4HANA Controlling
, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, and Actual Costing - Experience in financial planning, performance management, and regulatory reporting in the finance/banking/insurance context
- Proven leadership in
SAP Finance transformation projects
and cross-functional collaboration - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business and IT executives
- Fluency in German and English
, both verbal and written - Availability to
business trips up to 50%
