SAP Consultant

We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP solutions across our clients’ business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.Design and configure SAP solutions within your functional area (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, BW, HCM, etc.).Support end-to-end project activities including blueprinting, build, testing, training, go-live and hypercare.Work closely with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, interfaces, and custom developments.Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level support across SAP production environments.Create functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and documentation.Ensure SAP best practices, process alignment, and system optimisation.Participate in workshops, solution design discussions, and architecture reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams. Requirements5+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience in at least one core module.Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and best practices.Proven track record in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and SAP configuration.Experience with S/4HANA implementationsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.Fluent English and German is a plus
