SAP Consultant – SAP Basis (L2/L3)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong SAP Basis expertise and proven customer‑handling capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on technical experience at an L2 or L3 level, along with solid knowledge of multi‑cloud environments and SAP S/4HANA systems.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Basis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Basic understanding of SAP RISE .
• Solid experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP Business Objects, load balancers, disaster recovery concepts, basic networking principles.
• Knowledge of hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, GCP .
• Experience with automation and provisioning in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with multi‑cloud architecture.

Service Management

• Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management.
• Event Monitoring and Change Request Management.

Soft Skills

• Strong customer‑handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in dynamic, hybrid work environments.
