SAP Consulting Director - Any Location in Germany

Tenthpin is seeking an experienced SAP Consulting Director to lead critical projects for top-tier life sciences clients, while also taking accountability for expanding our footprint and driving growth.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Consulting Director with a proven track record in SAP and deep expertise in life sciences. This role goes beyond delivery — you will be accountable for both winning new opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of world-class solutions. By leveraging your network, market knowledge, and entrepreneurial mindset, you will build strong client partnerships, lead talented teams, and contribute directly to Tenthpin’s continued success story in management consulting.

The Opportunity

The role will include, but is not limited to;

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Act as a trusted advisor, taking accountability for delivering world-class SAP solutions and outcomes.
• Build lasting client relationships while expanding Tenthpin’s footprint through your network and market knowledge.
• Be entrepreneurial — identify, pursue, and win new business, as well as growing existing accounts.
• Represent Tenthpin at client meetings and industry events, showcasing our expertise in SAP and life sciences.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor SAP consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Guide project execution, encouraging ownership, innovation, and problem-solving.

SAP Implementation & Advisory

• Oversee full-cycle SAP projects, from design and configuration to go-live support.
• Advise clients on best practices, process optimization, and change management.

Project Management

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, with strong governance and risk management.

Your Experience

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, focused on life sciences.
• Proven success in leading SAP implementations and winning new client business.
• Strong knowledge of life sciences processes, regulations, and compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, ERP, Supply Chain) are desirable.
