SAP EWM Level 1 Support

SAP EWM Level 1 Support – On-site, Alzey, Germany

Location: Alzey, Germany (fully on-site, non-negotiable)

Shift: Flexible shifts between 6 AM – 10 PM

Contract: 12 months

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong SAP EWM knowledge
• Fluent in German (spoken & written) – Spanish NOT required
• Experience working with warehouse operators and customer-facing teams
• Hands‑on experience in warehouse support, automated systems, and S/4HANA EWM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for the EWM business team
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues and raise incidents via ServiceNow
• Liaise with business teams and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Support integration with Warehouse Automation, MES, and satellite systems
• Align with IT teams for change requests and informal testing

Nice To Have:

• Experience with ASRS, AGV, conveyors, AMRs, or other warehouse automation
• Knowledge of IM & EWM processes including inbound/outbound processing, physical inventory, HU management
• Familiarity with life sciences/pharmaceutical domain and GxP/SOX compliance
