Interfaces & Integration

1. Monitoring and control of interfaces (e.g., xSuite, Hivebuy, A41, Power BI, BSS/OSS systems)
2. Configuration and maintenance of the Fiori Launchpad as well as administration of communication agreements in the public cloud for stable APIs
3. Contact person for technical questions and conducting user training

Monitoring & Security

• Monitoring of systems, interfaces and business processes, error analysis and incident handling (using especially SAP Cloud ALM)
• Ensuring compliance with requirements (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Participation in the introduction of automations (e.g., via SAP Build Process Automation or bots) as well as, in the future, AI-supported monitoring and support processes.
• Support for data management and reporting requirements in conjunction with BI & Data Engineering

You will be responsible for our SAP S/4HANA public cloud landscape . You will ensure that interfaces to our BSS/OSS systems and other applications function reliably. This will create the foundation on which our business processes run securely.

Your focus in this role will be on administration, interfaces, and technical stability. At the same time, you will also contribute your expertise to related IT topics within the CIO area (e.g., IAM, security, automation). You will work closely with our finance consultant, specialist departments, and external SAP partners.

What we need you for

Administration & Cloud

• Administration of our SAP public cloud environment including user and role management as well as identity and access management.
• Conducting release and integration tests, supporting SAP major releases including pre-testing and communication with specialist departments, SAP & Customer Care

What you bring

• Several years of experience in SAP administration (basis, user and role management, interfaces)
• First experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud or strong motivation to transition from on-premises to the cloud.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Cloud ALM or comparable monitoring/testing tools and integration technologies (APIs, communication agreements, Cloud Connector)
• CALM
• BTP
• Basic understanding of related IT topics such as Identity & Access Management, Security and Automation
• Ability to systematically gather and implement technical requirements and coordinate them with external partners; project management skills are an advantage.
• Analytical and independent work style, strong problem-solving skills and teamwork skills
• Excellent German skills (absolutely essential) and good English skills
