The European SAP Payroll project aims to consolidate and modernize payroll across multiple countries. The goal is a scalable, audit‑proof, and maintainable system landscape that meets country‑specific legal requirements, provides centralized reporting and control mechanisms, and defines operational and support processes. The architecture assignment includes analyzing the current landscape, designing the target architecture, defining integration and operational standards, and supporting implementation until production readiness.

Scope of Services

Analysis & Current State: Document existing SAP Payroll landscape, interfaces, risks.
Target Architecture & Design: Define target architecture, integration and security standards.
Interface Design: Technical design for data flows and validation.
Non‑Functional Requirements: Performance, security, compliance.
Governance & Support: Architecture reviews, quality gates.
Security & Compliance Assessment: GDPR, role model, audit readiness.
Operational Handover: Operating concepts, runbooks, training.
Project Management Contributions: Milestone planning, reporting.

Acceptance of Deliverables

Acceptance will be based on review of agreed deliverables: completeness, adherence to standards, fulfillment of NFRs, positive architecture reviews, and handover of all artifacts. Written approval by project management and solution owner is required.
