For our partner company based in Bad Kreuznach , Germany, we are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

In this key position, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the internal HR system landscape. You will not only be responsible for the comprehensive support and customizing of the SAP HCM module, but will also play a key role in the strategically important migration to H4S4. Through (partial) project management for the introduction of new systems, such as Fiori apps, you will provide forward-looking impetus for the specialist departments.

A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks

Holistic responsibility for the internally deployed SAP HCM
Direct cooperation with the specialist departments (users) for the ongoing optimization and further development of HCM
Adaptation (customizing) of HCM with regard to tariff and legal changes
Supporting the migration from SAP ECC / ERP HCM to H4S4
Introduction of new systems / modules as (partial) project manager (e.g. Fiori apps)
Development of interfaces to third-party systems, such as SuccessFactors
