We are seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant GTS to join our global SAP CC Team

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Contact person for our business in the design and implementation of innovative SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS for HANA solutions.
• Collaboration in national and international projects in the area of SAP S/4HANA Sales, SAP Global and International Trade
• Advise customers in the area of SAP GTS as well as on global and regional developments in customs and foreign trade.
• Analysis, harmonization and optimization of customs processes, trade control with sales/logistics integration
• Optimization of existing Global trade processes by using innovative technologies to support digital transformation.
• Participation in overarching working groups and communities of practice, you help shape our technological foundations.
• Integration of adjacent systems as part of the product development process.
• Takeover of education sessions to our key user community by conducting training sessions.
• Responsible for improvement of existing business processes by resolving support tickets (incidents and changes) and contribute to process improvement & harmonization.
• Contact person for and management of external implementation service providers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Sciences or comparable qualification
• Process and SAP module experience in SD and global/foreign trade
• 2-3 years of experience in SAP GTS consulting, implementation and support
• Ideally experience and knowledge of customs law and export controls under national, EU and US law
• Ability to manage conflict situations
• Able to provide and receive constructive feedback
• Able to quickly adapt to new situations and to work autonomously
• Assertiveness
