SAP PP Specialists (Senior Consultant & Consultant) – Global Manufacturing Firm

A globally leading product and manufacturing firm is expanding its SAP team! We are seeking two SAP PP specialists—a Senior Consultant and a Consultant —to support a major global S/4HANA transformation and SAP rollout project. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge ERP transformation within a global organization with worldwide customers and SAP PP colleagues.

The Opportunity

• Be part of a global SAP transformation, moving from ERP to S/4HANA .
• Lead and optimize SAP PP processes as part of an in-house team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and an implementation partner to drive system optimization and rollouts.
• Work in a hybrid environment with the flexibility of remote work and global travel opportunities.

Your Role

Depending on your experience level, you will take on responsibilities as either a Senior Consultant or a Consultant in SAP PP:

• Act as an in-house expert in SAP-supported production planning .
• Lead or assist with SAP PP process optimization and the migration to S/4HANA .
• Drive and participate in SAP rollouts and global ERP transformation initiatives.
• Support and train national and international SAP users.
• Liaise with external consultants and coordinate with the implementation partner.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following experience:

• Senior Consultant: 5-6 years of SAP PP experience, including 4 years with S/4HANA .
• Consultant: 4-5 years of SAP PP experience, including 2+ years in S/4HANA .
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP configuration and process enhancement (customizing experience is a plus but not mandatory for the Consultant role).
• Experience with global ERP rollouts and SAP transformation projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills .
• Fluent in English and German .
• Independent working style with a proactive approach.
