Project Overview

Our client is undertaking a large-scale S / 4HANA transformation programme within the utilities sector. The project focuses on the migration of customer service and market communication processes into the new S / 4HANA environment, while ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce.

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U professional with strong project management skills to take on a subproject leadership role. You will coordinate technical and functional workstreams, manage cross-system process integration, and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all subproject activities within the S / 4HANA transformation related to customer service and utilities processes.
• Oversee the technical and functional delivery of IS-U topics and related interfaces (including Salesforce).
• Ensure process consistency, automation, and regulatory compliance across the S / 4HANA landscape.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and workstream leads.
• Support Fit-to-Standard and integration workshops, providing guidance on end-to-end process flows.
• Ensure data and process alignment between S / 4HANA and Salesforce.
• Report project status, risks, and dependencies to the overall programme management team.
