Job Description

The Data and Reporting Analyst Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Chief of Staff by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear and actionable manner. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while contributing to strategic projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Management:
  • Collect and compile data from various sources to support executive reports and presentations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and prepare reports.
  • Support the Chief of Staff with data-driven insights.
• Reporting and Visualization:
  • Create and design dashboards, charts, and infographics to present data effectively.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports for the executive team.
  • Simplify complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.
• Monitoring Cloud Services Usage:
  • Monitor adoption and consumption of cloud services for target customers.
  • Help identify adoption and consumption gaps to aid the business in improving usage.
• Support Strategic Projects:
  • Assist in various strategic projects by providing data analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and data.
  • Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Language proficiency: English is required; other international languages are a plus.
