SAP Master Data Consultant

SAP Master Data Consultant Whitehall Resources currently require an experience SAP Master Data Consultant to work with a key client Project & Customer Overview* Customer is a multinational retail conglomerate with well-known brands.* Project Domain: End-to-end IT Service Transition of the entire SAP application stack, followed by long-term managed services and innovation.* Team: You will be a part of a team of 4-6 consultants. You will be part of a larger 30+ person multi-stream transition program. Responsibilities:* Actively participate in intensive knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to absorb knowledge of business processes, configurations, and custom code for the SAP Master Data stream.* Following the transition, the role will shift to ongoing support, continuous improvement, and innovation of the SAP Master Data processes to align with evolving business goals.* Goals: Ensure a seamless, zero-downtime transition of SAP MD support (Mainly MM & Retail: Article MD, Supplier MD, Store & Customer MD) from incumbent team for further run and maintenance of SAP solution. Tasks:* Participate in intensive knowledge transfer (KT) sessions on business processes, configurations, and custom code.* Conduct hands-on exercises in lower environments to validate knowledge.* Review and update all support documentation (SOPs, runbooks).* Handle escalations and complex incident resolution for your stream.* Provide shadowing and reverse shadowing activities during Transition.
