For our client, a globally operating mangement consultancy, we are seeking to fill the following position:

Senior Consultant (m/f/d) SAP Master Data Governance

This is a

hybrid role

with

home office

options and some travel within Germany. No presence in a branch office is necessary, and the position can be filled Germany-wide.

Your Responsibilities

You will advise clients throughout the entire lifecycle, from MDM strategy to technical implementation. Implementation:

Design and configuration of SAP MDG ( Customizing , Rule-Based Workflows, Data Models). Interface Expertise:

You translate functional requirements into technical concepts. You understand both the business process and the underlying technical architecture (table structures, distribution models). Project Leadership:

You take ownership of sub-projects, lead workshops, and actively support presales activities (demos, proposal creation).

Your Profile

The Technical Foundation: Deep understanding of SAP system architecture. You can explain what an IDoc is, you know the difference between K-tables and 1-tables, and you understand how data is technically validated. Experience with functional and technical contexts in SAP modules. Professional experience in central master data management.

Role-Specific Requirements: Mandatory:

Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project (not just maintenance/support) and knowledge of standard limitations. Note:

Experience limited solely to "Material Master Maintenance" is not sufficient for this role. Flexibitlity regarding travel is important but usually not more than once month.

Language Skills: English:

Fluent (Business level) is mandatory. German: Proficiency in German is considered a plus but is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
