Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and production site for power MOS transistors with around 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe which will be production-ready from 2026. As part of this expansion we are looking for an experienced SAP Process Integration Lead (m/w/d)

Position Objective

• Establish one accountable owner at the Itzehoe wafer-fab to industrialize SAP usage across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics/Warehouse and Controlling.
• Bridges local business units (Controlling, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics/Warehouse, MES, etc.) with Global IT.
• Transform manual paper/Excel processes into controlled SAP workflows.
• Build local SAP expertise across departments, giving guidance and ensure trainings
• Prepare and steer S/4HANA readiness (data, roles, testing, cutover) together with Global IT

the role requires a presence on site in Itzehoe, with a possibility to work approximately 2 days / week from home office

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap & Governance

• Own the site SAP roadmap across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics/Warehouse, and Controlling/Finance; align with corporate SAP CoE/BPOs and Global IT
• Translate business priorities into releases with quantified benefits; report KPIs to Site Management.

Processes / Templates / Requirements

• Analyze and optimize existing paper-based and Excel-driven processes, transitioning them into SAP workflows.
• Translate business demand and requirements into “IT language”; bridge between Global IT and IZ business operations

Key-User Network & Adoption

• Build training plans, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation

Compliance & Auditability

• Maintain end-to-end traceability of changes (design decisions, test evidence, release notes); support internal/external audits

Integration (ERP↔Operations/MES)

• Define data contracts and events (confirmations, goods movements, WIP/lot/batch relations); align ownership boundaries.
• Coordinate interface build/test with Global IT/SIs; ensure monitoring and error-handling.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5+ years SAP ERP experience, ideally in MM, PP, CO modules
• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of MES systems and their integration with ERP
• Experience with process modeling and system integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• High initiative, resilience, and change management capabilities
