About the Role As the ERP Program Lead (SAP), you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end SAP ERP programmes (ECC & S/4HANA), leading delivery across multi-country and multi-vendor landscapes. You’ll work closely with IT, business, and change management teams to create structured delivery strategies and ensure successful transformations that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Oversee large-scale SAP ERP programmes to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Manage global teams and offshore resources across complex environments.

Develop robust programme frameworks and governance models.

Collaborate with executive stakeholders, influencing direction and strategy.

Prepare proposals, financial models, and business cases for programme success.

Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coach and mentor SAP consulting teams to strengthen delivery capability.

What We’re Looking For Proven leadership in SAP ERP programme management, including S/4HANA transformations.

Strong background in consulting and large, global business transformations.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-level leaders.

Deep understanding of programme setup, governance, and delivery best practices.

Willingness to travel for key project activities.
