SAP Project Manager

Project Manager - SAP Analytics (Public Sector) | Up to €100K

We’re seeking a SAP Analytics Project Manager to join a well-established firm delivering cutting-edge SAP solutions to public sector clients. The company has a strong SAP Analytics team of 100 professionals, including a focused unit of 25 dedicated to public sector clients, and is expanding its capabilities to tackle more high-profile projects.

In this role, you will take ownership of complex SAP Analytics initiatives, manage project delivery from end to end, and ensure client objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics projects across public sector clients.
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery in both agile and traditional frameworks.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and security standards are met.
• Work closely with consultants, developers, and architects to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Support proposal preparation and confidently present project approaches to clients.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing SAP or IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics solutions (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP DataSphere).
• Hands-on project management approach (not just coordination).
• Experience in the public sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent German (B2+) and English.
• Ability to pass government-level security clearance
