We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to support a life sciences digital transformation program. This role will focus on QM process design, testing, and cutover execution as part of an SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP QM and hands‑on experience in cutover planning and execution, particularly in regulated environments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead SAP QM configuration and process design aligned with business and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., PP, MM, WM, and Master Data) to ensure seamless QM integration
• Drive and execute cutover planning activities specific to QM, including data readiness, mock runs, and issue resolution
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution for QM processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate QM scenarios in a GxP‑compliant environment
• Provide go‑live and hypercare support for QM functionality, including documentation and knowledge transfer
• Contribute to project documentation and compliance deliverables

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant, with at least two full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations
• Experience in cutover planning and execution for SAP QM
• Strong understanding of quality notifications, inspections, results recording, and batch management
• Familiarity with regulated (GxP) environments and validation practices in life sciences
• Experience working in cross‑functional project teams (e.g., data migration, supply chain, manufacturing)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced project environment
