Are you ready to lead one of the Life Sciences industry's most ambitious SAP S/4HANA rollouts? We are looking for a visionary IT Programme Director to drive a high-impact digital transformation across our client's global business.

What Will You Do?

• Lead a global SAP S/4HANA programme from strategy to rollout, ensuring delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Build and guide high-performing teams and manage project leaders in a matrix setup.
• Oversee governance, vendor performance, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement (incl. C-level).
• Collaborate across regions and functions to deliver lasting change.

What You Bring

• 15+ years in programme leadership, incl. SAP ERP and S/4HANA in global setups.
• Strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder management experience.
• PMP/SAP certifications a plus.
• Fluent English and proven track record in complex transformations.
• Having the right to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.

Bonus: Life sciences or regulated industry experience, GxP knowledge.
