Technology – SAP S/4HANA Finance SME

Location – Germany (Travel Needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze financial process requirements.
• Configure core finance modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Product Costing and COPA
• Support integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and Project Systems.
• Drive adoption of SAP Fiori apps for finance operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
• Provide guidance on SAP best practices, Activate methodology, and fit-gap analysis.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Assist in data migration, testing, and cutover planning.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) modules.
• Experience with Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Group Reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP Central Finance and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Fiori apps and embedded analytics.
• Knowledge of financial compliance, tax, and audit requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in German and English.
