About The Role

We are looking for an SAP Application Expert – Sales (SAP SD) to join a growing SAP team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize sales processes in SAP S/4HANA, working closely with business departments and IT colleagues.

You will be involved in greenfield implementations, process improvements, and daily SAP SD operations, with the opportunity to take ownership of the Sales module and contribute to exciting SAP projects.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement sales processes in SAP S/4HANA (greenfield projects)
• Analyze and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Customize SAP SD to meet business and industry requirements
• Work closely with specialist departments and project teams
• Take responsibility for the SAP Sales (SD) module (and possibly SAP CAR)
• Support reporting by assisting with data extraction
• Analyze and resolve SAP issues to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support users and collaborate with stakeholders

What You Bring

• Passion for process optimization and independent work

• Positive, responsible, and collaborative team attitude
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar
• Several years of experience with SAP SD / Sales, ideally in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP SD customizing
• Experience with SAP GUI and SAP Fiori
• Jira and Confluence experience is a plus
• Strong user support and stakeholder management skills
