• Support and consulting for international existing long-term customers in the implemented SAP applications and related business processes
• Analysis of customer requirements as well as specification, implementation, and coordination of program and interface enhancements
• Handling of customer inquiries in accordance with ITIL-based support processes and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Support the further development of SAP IS-OIL solutions through professional consulting, testing, and quality assurance
• Execution of 2nd-level support for SAP products within the SAP partner agreement, in close collaboration with SAP and internal development teams
• Transition of implementation projects into the support organization
• University degree or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the SAP environment (SD/MM)
• Professional experience and enthusiasm for programming (ABAP, RAP, CAP)
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Motivation and quick comprehension to learn new modules and processes
• Resilient, team-oriented, and communicative
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Knowledge of interfaces is an advantage
• Good command of English, German language skills desirable
