SAP Senior Project Manager

To complement our team in Mexico , we are looking for a SAP Senior Project Manager ..

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
• Conduct customer workshops to define solution roadmaps and support proposal development
• Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects across Supply Chain Logistics domains (EWM, TM, Yard, S/4HANA)
• Establish and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing challenges
• Provide regular project reporting to executive stakeholders, including progress, financials, and ROI tracking
• Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT teams
• Engage with customer project managers and senior stakeholders (up to VP level) to drive decision-making and project success
• Ensure timely completion and formal sign-off of project milestones
• Support pre-sales and business development activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal presentations
• Contribute to account growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships
• Mentor and support consulting teams, driving performance, collaboration, and continuous skill development

Your Skills and Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in SAP project delivery and consulting, with a strong focus on project management
• Proven track record delivering multiple SAP projects across the full lifecycle
• Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain Logistics processes (EWM, TM, Yard, S/4HANA preferred)
• Experience managing complex, large-scale SAP implementations in global environments
• Solid experience in stakeholder management, including executive-level communication
• Exposure to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and commercial discussions
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  Ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field
• PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus
• SAP Active certification is a plus
