What you’ll be doing:

• Management, planning, and oversight of national and international SAP projects and programs.
• Ensuring project success by prioritizing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability targets.
• Developing and maintaining schedules and budgets, including detailed project costing.
• Quality assurance of project team performance, monitoring capacity utilization, and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Active collaboration within our competence teams to drive innovation and best practices.
• Ownership of pre-sales activities, including solution design and customer engagement.
• Mentorship and leadership for young professionals, providing technical guidance to consultants.
• Ongoing professional development of both hard and soft skills to ensure team growth and expertise.

What makes you a great fit:

• Several years of experience managing SAP projects, including hands‑on expertise with S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of integration processes and a solid overview of the SAP system landscape.
• Independent, customer‑focused, and solution‑oriented working style, with a keen interest in new technologies.
• Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology.
• Proficiency in other project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, IPMA, or Prince2) and a strong interest in agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).
• High flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
• Strong interest in open, constructive collaboration within a team environment.
• Business fluency in English.
