YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You design and architect scalable SAP solutions that support our high-volume, global mobility operations — spanning dozens of countries, legal entities, and regulatory environments — processing millions of transactions daily
• You lead the technical vision for our ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation, with a special focus on Finance, Controlling, and Sales & Distribution (SD), ensuring seamless integration with both our cloud-native architecture and microservices ecosystem and our classic stack
• You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — especially from accounting, tax, and controlling — to translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof SAP solutions that scale with our rapid growth
• You collaborate closely withsoftware developmentteams while guiding SAP development teams andestablishingbest practices for SAP development, deployment, and operations across our international locations
• You ensure our SAP architecture supports our commitment to delivering top-tier customer experience through reliableandperformant enterprise systems

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience Youare passionate about SAP architecture and haveseveralyears of hands-on experience designing complex SAP solutions
• Systems Youhave successfully taken part in SAP R/3 to S/4 migrations, including full-cycle implementations, are deeply familiar with both systems, and master SAP S/4HANA architecture, with deepexpertisein Finance (especially General Ledger and Asset Accounting), Controlling, and Sales & Distribution modules
• Technologies Youhave proven experience with SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI, APIs) and cloud platforms, ideally in an SAP Private Cloud environment
• DataArchitecture Youbring strong knowledge of data architecture patterns, real-time processing, and have experience with analytics platforms and data warehousing solutions
• Communication Youare an excellent communicator who can translate technical complexity into business value and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
• Environment Youthrive in agile, fast-paced environments and are excited about being part of an international teamthat'scoding the future of mobility
