SAP Specialist PP (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Analyze and document production planning (PP) business requirements and current as-is processes
Perform gap analysis between the Global Template and local PP requirements
Take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned PP sub‑processes (e.g. MRP parameters, planning strategies, capacity planning)
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA PP in close collaboration with implementation consultants
Coordinate and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case definition and close collaboration with business key users
Act as the primary PP point of contact for selected manufacturing sites after go‑live
Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and enablement of key users

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred
You have typically 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with SAP PP in implementation and/or rollout projects
You have gained solid experience in manufacturing or production environments
You possess strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP), including SAP Fiori applications
You are highly experienced in PP planning scenarios such as MRP, LTP, planning strategies, and capacity planning
You are able to work independently on assigned topics while closely collaborating with the SAP IT team on end‑to‑end logistics solutions
You communicate confidently and effectively with business stakeholders and external partners
You are business‑fluent in English and have a good command of German
You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
