If you are a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant based in Germany – I have a great opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will be a fluent German and English speaker.

This will be mainly remote.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and operational HR topics.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification required; additional module certifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Works independently, takes initiative, and drives tasks proactively.
• Effective team collaborator with strong communication skills.
• Shows curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
