SAP Validation (CSV) Lead - (any location Germany)

At Tenthpin, we are hiring a Validation Lead to drive regulatory compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV) excellence, shaping our SAP-centered validation offering. You’ll lead GxP-aligned consulting engagements in life sciences, help define go-to-market strategies and contribute to internal best practices while working closely with global clients.

The Opportunity

At Tenthpin, your expertise will matter, our specialist focus in Life Sciences means your insights have real impact. As Validation Lead, you’ll be working with our Partners and clients to shape, deliver, and continually improve our CSV strategy and execution on SAP S/4HANA consulting projects. You will:

• Lead validation workstreams and risk assessments
• Define VMPs and oversee GxP-compliant documentation
• Represent QA/CSV in governance forums
• Support audit readiness and client enablement
• Contribute to internal methodology and thought leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine Tenthpin’s validation frameworks and thought leadership

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant, a problem solver who thrives in complex environments. You simplify challenges to align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal, grounded in your deep life sciences knowledge and ability to communicate with clarity and credibility. You act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex regulatory and validation challenges.

• Demonstrated leadership as the QA representative and CSV expert on SAP S/4HANA-focused consulting projects in regulated life sciences environments
• Proven ability to define validation strategies and author Validation Master Plans (VMPs) aligned with regulatory standards such as CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11
• Skilled in conducting risk assessments and ensuring alignment with GxP requirements
• Strong experience with key validation deliverables and audit-ready documentation
• Demonstrable track record of delivery within SAP landscapes including public/private S/4HANA deployments and system integration
• Effective communicator with experience engaging client governance and regulatory stakeholders
• Proficient in validation tools and methodologies
