SAP VIM Consultant

Whitehall Resources are looking for an SAP VIM Consultant. This role is remote working for an initial 6-month contract. Job Description:We are seeking a skilled SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant to join our IT team. The SAP VIM Consultant will be responsible for leading the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP VIM solutions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP Vendor Invoice Management, Accounts Payable processes, and a strong background in implementing SAP VIM projects successfully. Responsibilities:Should be able to resolve VIM tickets and Change requestsShould have strong experience in SAP Support projectsCollaborate with the finance and procurement teams to understand their requirements and align the SAP VIM functionalities to support their processes.Customize and optimize SAP VIM features such as invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting to maximize system efficiency.Facilitate the integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and other related systems to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across platforms.Conduct thorough system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that the SAP VIM system functions efficiently.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, helping them to effectively use SAP VIM features and resolve any operational challenges.Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in SAP VIM to propose and implement system upgrades and enhancements.Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides related to SAP VIMShould have experience in leading small teams Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in VIMStrong understanding of vendor invoice management processes and best practices in managing accounts payable.Proven ability to configure and customize SAP VIM functionalities.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with integration of SAP VIM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.SAP VIM certification is highly preferred.
