Overview

Claims Specialist Motor Liability (m/f/d) Looking for more than paperwork? With us, you take full responsibility for handling motor liability claims from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients – combining expertise with empathy and keeping everything on track.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of motor liability claims and handle them independently until closure
• Be the main contact person for our clients, offering support and guidance
• Manage client communication in writing
• Ensure accurate and efficient claims handling at all times

Qualifications

• Completed training as Insurance and Finance Clerk or Insurance Specialist (or equivalent)
• Initial experience in handling property and/or personal claims
• Curiosity and motivation to take on varied tasks
• Empathy, responsibility, and strong customer focus
• Fluent German skills
