Responsibilities

Operate as a Trusted Scientific Partner : Dive deep into our clients\' R&D mass spec workflows to identify their most critical data challenges and provide expert consulting.
Develop Tailored Solutions : Design and configure innovative solutions using Genedata Expressionist, translating complex client requirements into a technical reality.
Guide Client Projects : Act as the scientific lead and main point of contact for client projects, coordinating from conception through to successful implementation to ensure scientific and technical goals are met or exceeded.
Articulate Scientific Value : Partner with the sales team as a scientific expert, conducting product demonstrations that showcase the potential of our software to prospective clients.
Be the Voice of the Client : Act as the vital bridge between our clients and internal teams (Product, Marketing, R&D), translating feedback into insights that shape the future of our platform.
Share Your Expertise : Develop and deliver engaging scientific and technical presentations to peers and clients, including at industry conferences, workshops, and client meetings.

Qualifications

The essential requirements of the job include:
Deep hands-on experience in mass spectrometry for large molecule characterization . Specific expertise in one or more of the following is essential: intact mass analysis, peptide mapping, and PTM analysis.
An advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field is preferred. B.S. and 5+ years of directly relevant industry experience will also be considered.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience with scientific programming in Python or R.
