The Research Institute for Adipocytes and Metabolism (ADM) , led by Dr. Siegfried Ussar at Helmholtz Munich / Helmholtz Diabetes Center (HDC), is dedicated to elucidating the causes of systemic insulin resistance and adipose tissue dysfunction. In a modern laboratory environment equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and techniques, we aim to develop innovative strategies to decouple obesity from the metabolic syndrome.

If you fulfill all the requirements, you may be eligible for a salary grade of up to E 13. Social benefits are based on the Collective Wage Agreement for Public‑Sector Employees (TVöD). The position has an (initial) fixed term of 2 years but may be extended under certain circumstances.
