Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile) practices to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the development team by removing blockers and enabling continuous improvement.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, collaboration, and self-organization .
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of embedded software solutions.
• Monitor team performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization .
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and productive working environment.

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of embedded systems development , including firmware, RTOS, and hardware-software integration.
• Experience handling constraints related to real-time systems and embedded environments .
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks .

Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in medical or healthcare domain projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
