Ihre Aufgaben

• Planning, coordination and status tracking of all activities of the product development lifecycle
• Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring they understand and follow Scrum values, principles, and practices.
• Act as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders and other departments, effectively managing expectations and ensuring communication is clear and consistent.
• Sprint Planning in collaboration with Product Managers and Project Managers
• Ensuring deliverables are prepared to satisfy project and product requirements and schedule
• Participating in Change Control Board meetings and reporting status issues to this panel as required
• Contributing to definition and deployment of new processes, methodologies, technologies and tools to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the products development lifecycle

Ihr Profil

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers
• Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
